This series began when I was the artist-in-residence at Glacier National Park in June 2024. I spent the majority of my time in the park hiking and recording the environment using my sketchbook and camera. Once I returned home to Dallas, I began to create the thread paintings. I hope my work conveys the delight I found in the beauty of Glacier as I hiked in these inspiring places.
