I visited Caprock Canyon in March 2022. Sharing the beautiful red cliffs with the wandering bison and barking prairie dogs makes Caprock a unique Texas state park. It is relatively close to Palo Duro Canyon and always worth an extra day of hiking when visiting the Texas panhandle.
